Hmm… Need to start scheduling these again. Maybe just do a whole week of reviews since I’ve got enough of them at this point.
- Ice Crystals by The DJ Rainbow Dash
- Mate in Five Moves by Karrakaz
- A Simple Game by Albert Manhattan
- The Closet by Jay-The-Brony
Better than the last one, but still somewhat typical. Moment in a already going relationship. Wasn’t exactly what I expected either. Never really addresses Rarity’s fear of heights, though indicates that she has it.
Sweet romance story. I have a hard time picturing Pinkie Pie in a romantic relationship, but this one pulled it off. Fairly simple, but sincere and avoids the worst pitfalls shipping stories have.
Another simple, but sincere one. Just a bit of family bonding between Twilight and Spike. An enjoyable bit of slice of life fluff.
Fun, though the writing is a bit rough. The author needs to work a bit more on showing. Most of it was the narration telling the reader this or that. Still, fun little scene.
