One of the annoying things is that I’ve got a lack of originality in my productive urges. Big Master Review List. The 8-bit Theater book(s) I’d like to get done for myself. I have lots of cool ideas, but never the energy and/or focus to do them enough to get to a professional level. It would be so much easier if I could just get money for doing the projects I get inspired on. Okay. It would just be nice to have money handed to me. Well, I get money from the government, so I guess it would be nice if I had *more* money handed to me. Like many things, working out my vague thoughts into precise detail shows just how silly my brain is.

The Trial of Fluttershy Flutters by Masterweaver
A pity Fluttershy couldn’t defend herself using her law training from Twilight Sparkle gets a Divorce, or whatever the title of that one was. This was a fun story. By itself, an enjoyable read. When combined with the story description it gives us a version of Prince Blueblood I’d enjoy reading more about.
A little light on substance. Basic story is Fluttershy discovers some minor thing about Twilight Sparkle. They talk, Twilight Sparkle says she was keeping it secret because she didn’t want to make her friends think she was weird. Fluttershy reminds her that they are her friends and won’t think she is weird over such a minor thing. Twilight Sparkle goes oh yeah, you are right. End of story. This would have made a cool aspect to a longer story. Or as one part of a character study of Twilight Sparkle. As is, it’s just kind of a fragment hanging out with nothing to really connect to.

Agree completely on “Accentric.” It was a very interesting aspect to introduce to their relationship, but then it never goes anywhere. It doesn’t really redefine anything about the characterizations, and it doesn’t take any sort of struggle to resolve, so it’s kind of left without a point.
