Whoops. Totally missed yesterday and didn’t even realize it. Got to get back in the habit of checking before bed each night. I totally thought I had one scheduled.
I’ve been remiss in sorting the reviewers on the big master review list. The Royal Canterlot Library has defeated Foals Errand, Everfree Spotlight, the Pony Fiction Vault, and is closing in on Inquisitor M and Cerulean Voice. Further up the list we’ve got PaulAsaran just passing Soge, and getting pretty close to defeating Seattle’s Angels in reviewer-reviewer combat.

I’ve been avoiding the feature box for a while. Mostly to try and read less known stories. However when this story gets recommended as a fun light comedy from multiple other reviewers I had to give it a look. First comment, totally unrelated to the story. The image used for the cover image, the leaning surprised Princess Celestia, is probably my favorite image of her. I can’t help but smile every single time I see it.
Now to the story itself. Which is hilarious. Secret Alicorn soup phone. Heehee. Not much else to say about it really. Nothing surprising, but a good bit of fun if you like this sort of premise.
Sweet if a bit sad slice of life. Nothing really happens, the story is just the internal thoughts of a pony in an average day of her life.
It has been a while since I’ve read a straightforward character study. This was an enjoyable read, being a study on both Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. My favorite bits were the flashbacks to when the two of them were foals in flight camp, then their first times in Ponyville.
