Pony Stories 679

This should be a Monday post. I’m trying to schedule a lot of these to get the review backlog thinned out without worrying about clever intro bits.

How Many Princesses Does It Take by Georg

Hee. This was the best kind of silly.

Queue by Tumbleweed

Dictionary definition of slice of life. The seven EQ main characters have movie night. There is arguing about what to watch, then Sunset gets picked to decide and she goes for the random selection button. I enjoyed it. Author does a pretty good job portraying all the characters from just chatting to having a pillow fight. Plus the epilogue is pretty funny.

The Alicorn Job by Tumbleweed

Not bad. Sunset Shimmer and Sci-Twi plan a heist to get the alicorn amulet out of a museum. Which leads to them crashing a party on Blueblood’s yacht. If you’ve been following the author’s EqG stories, this is more of the same. Doesn’t have the spark that some of the others has but I found it a solid functional story. Plus it’s got Zecora in it.
