Pony Stories 719

29 Jan

Go read this. Derro review of Captain America 2 that is utterly hilarious to read. Probably regardless if you’ve seen the movie or not. Two and a half years old and I just ran across it even though I read that guy’s blog on a regular basis.

A handful of really short reviews today. Stuff I accepted or liked, but just didn’t have anything to say about them.

  • My Brother, The Tooth by Georg
  • What’s Wrong With the Cutie Map? by Jay-The-Brony
  • Never Have I Ever by TheNewYorkBrony
  • If You Can’t Beat ‘Em… by horizon

My Brother, The Tooth by Georg

Hee. That one was pretty funny.

What’s Wrong With the Cutie Map? by Jay-The-Brony

Not bad. Did get a brief chuckle out of it, but not something that will stick with you. The punchline comes, then goes, and then you move on to something else.

Never Have I Ever by TheNewYorkBrony

Pretty predictable. Don’t think I would recommend it, but not a waste of time to read if you go in expecting fairly crude stuff. Nothing explicit, just crude language and sex terms.

If You Can’t Beat ‘Em… by horizon

Hee. Oh man, the punchline is pretty good. Which matches the pretty good buildup.

That review of CA2 was hilarious! And now I’m hooked on another blog…

Most of the backlog is D&D stuff, but incredibly good D&D stuff. He’s been doing non-D&D stuff recently (last couple of months?). Like he just did a week or two looking at Gwain and the Green Knight.
